Description
- Item price is for one leadscrew and one bronze nut.
- Leadscrews are used to transform rotary motion (typically from a motor) to linear motion (typically to a machine axis of motion) with high precision.
- These leadscrews are often named by their DIAMETER X PITCH, # OF THREADS. For example, a 10mm leadscrew with 8mm pitch (8mm nut translation per revolution) would be called T10 x 8, 4 start. The number of threads is most often half the pitch.
- Leadscrew is stainless steel, nut is bronze.
- Lubricate leadscrew with oil or grease in your application for maximum performance and durability.
- Specify exact cut length on order page. Cut length must be within range in item title.
- Cut length tolerance is +/- 2mm, and has a generous chamfer (typically 6mm) to allow nut to thread.
- Multiple cuts per piece are not available. Please order another part if more pieces are needed.
- Shipping price increases with shipping container size and weight, not by the number of parts ordered.
